At Gemini Stone, we take great care in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our gemstone products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below to understand our guidelines.
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging, including any certificates or authenticity cards. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Size Issues: Since gemstones vary in size and shape, we recommend thoroughly reviewing product details before purchase. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for issues related to the size or fit of the gemstones.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Customized or Personalized Products: Any products that are customized or made to order cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Proof of damage will be required, such as photos of the damaged product and packaging.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@geministone.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available, and the new order will be subject to stock availability.
7. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an order, the original shipping charges will not be included in the refunded amount.
